Founding

Omega Rifles was founded by hunters, for hunters and firearm enthusiasts, who demand the highest quailty products. We decided to take our love for hunting and precision shooting, and build a company for all enthusiast. The idea originated with retired Naval Officer Wesley Hitt, who early on brought in his good friend Software Engineer Mike Brown to help broaden the vision and grow the company. The goal was to simplify a custom built bolt action platform allowing the everyday enthusiast to modify it with little to no specialized tooling.
